Biography

Mr. Gutnick is a seasoned investor with extensive experience in the mining sector, particularly in rare earth elements and technology metals. As a co-founder and manager at USA Rare Earth, Mr. Gutnick was instrumental in advancing the Company as he recognized the unique potential of the Round Top deposit, along with the need to establish downstream processing, including magnet manufacturing.

Mr. Gutnick serves as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
